This double CD presents, for the very first time, live recordings from Som Nosso de Cada Dia at their most progressive - during their 70s heyday - carefully selected by the musicians themselves amongst the best sounding tapes available. Besides plenty of improvisation and extended versions of the old classics, the material also includes live readings of unreleased tracks from the legendary "Amazônia" suite, recorded in 1975 and never released in its entirety.
